Codin Pangell

Codin Pangell has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Most recently, they worked as a Principal Engineer at Play since 2021. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2021, they served as a Technical Producer and Project Manager at Superformula, where they managed remote engineering teams and developed services for MGM Resorts Las Vegas, including a mobile check-in experience with digital keys.

Before that, Codin worked at Cambia Health Solutions as a Software Development Engineer IV / Team Lead in 2017, overseeing a communication platform for consumer engagement. Codin also held the position of Senior Services Engineer- ETW at Nike in 2017.

In 2016, Codin was the Co-Founder and CTO at Apeer, where they developed a native mobile application for attorney appearances in court. Codin also served as a NodeJS Software Engineer at Instrument in 2016.

From 2013 to 2016, Codin worked at Huge, where they held multiple roles including Engineer, Lead, and Architect. Codin led small engineering teams and collaborated with clients, product owners, and designers on various projects involving touchscreens, vending machines, IoT, and mobile applications.

Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Engineer/Consultant at Internet Cowboy from 2012 to 2013, providing technical consulting and programming services for advertising agencies. Codin had expertise in AWS architecture, Swift/Objective-C, NodeJS, PHP, Angular, and ReactJS.

Codin also served as a Technical Lead at Ignition Interactive from 2010 to 2012, where they led front-end and server-side development for campaign websites, RESTful APIs, and a touch wall displayed at Comic-con.

Starting their career in 2006, Codin worked as an Interactive Developer at FL2, where they focused on server-side engineering, front-end development, and custom software solutions.

Codin has extensive experience in team leadership, project management, and architecture design, with a track record of delivering high-quality products and services.

Codin Pangell attended Metropolitan State University of Denver from 2001 to 2004. Codin pursued a degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) and chose a major in the school of business program with a minor in information systems.
