Emily Yehezkel is an experienced professional in education and community development, currently serving as the Experiential Education Director at Creating Connected Communities and as a Sunday School and Hebrew Teacher at Temple Sinai since August 2021. Previously, Emily worked as a Program Coordinator at Empower, and held teaching positions at Cherry Hill School of El Paso and Astoria Center of Israel. Emily holds a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in American Sign Language/English Interpreting from Kent State University.

Founded in 2010, Creating Connected Communities (CCC), is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to bring life-enhancing programs to children experiencing hardship by empowering teens to become engaged community leaders and volunteers.
