Frances Carrera

Frances Carrera has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Frances currently works as a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer at Creatio since November 2022. Prior to that, they were a Lead Solution Engineer at Freshworks from October 2021 to November 2022. Frances also has experience working at NetSuite, where they held multiple positions including Solution Consultant, Strategic Initiatives Consultant, and Professional Services Consultant from 2014 to 2021.

Before joining NetSuite, Frances worked as an IT Help-Desk Analyst at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from August 2011 to July 2014. Additionally, they gained consulting experience as a Consulting Intern at DuPont Sustainable Solutions in 2013. Frances has also served as a Brand Ambassador at Ubisoft from July 2012 to December 2012 and as a Sales Associate at Barnes & Noble, Inc. from August 2009 to August 2011.

Frances Carrera holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including a NetSuite Administrator Certification from NetSuite in March 2016 and an ERP Consultant Certification from NetSuite in September 2015.
