Jason Miller

Jason Miller has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Jason is currently the Head of Pre-Sales for the Americas at Creatio, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Industrie Reply US where they served as an Associate Partner from March 2020 to October 2021. In this role, they were responsible for customer implementation and adoption of CRM technologies. Jason also served as the Business Unit Head for Cx Applications for North America from November 2016 to October 2021, managing a portfolio of programs and people across multiple platforms.

Before joining Industrie Reply US, Jason worked at Cognizant as the Director of Application Development from August 2013 to November 2016. Their responsibilities included client relationship management, business development, and IT project delivery management.

Earlier in their career, Jason held roles at The Standard as a Senior IT Commodity Manager from April 2011 to July 2013, at Iberdrola Renewables as an Operations eAM System Manager from June 2009 to April 2011, and at Simmons Bedding Company as a Materials Manager from July 2008 to June 2009. Jason started their professional journey in the US Navy, where they served as a Supply & Logistics Officer from February 1995 to September 2008, providing logistics support for the entire West Coast Fleet.

Jason Miller earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University between 2001 and 2004. In 2008 and 2009, they pursued further education at the University of Phoenix where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, also in Business Administration. Additionally, in May 2011, Jason obtained a certification as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from the institution APICS.
