Oleksandr Liapin

Business Analyst at Creatio

Oleksandr Liapin has a diverse range of work experience, spanning from 2002 to the present. Oleksandr began their career as a developer at Confectionary plant Lagoda (TM Zagora) in 2002. In 2003, they transitioned to the role of Business Analyst at Prominvestbank, where they focused on functional solution design and the implementation of a Bank Internal Audit project.

From 2005 to 2010, Oleksandr worked at Metro Cash and Carry Ukraine, initially as a BI Developer and later as a BI Team Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for business intelligence analysis and development, including ETL design, dashboard and report development, and data quality management.

In 2010, Oleksandr joined Kuehne + Nagel, where they served as the Head of Shared Competence Center and later as the QA Team Lead of the Shared Competence Center. In these roles, they managed teams, oversaw project management activities, and was involved in application testing and quality assurance.

From 2017 to 2019, Oleksandr worked at Zeppelin Ukraine GmbH as a Business Solution Owner IT systems. In this role, they focused on product management, project management, and release management, with responsibilities including translation of business requirements into IT system functionalities, backlog prioritization, and end user delivery.

Since 2019, Oleksandr has been working as a Business Analyst at Creatio, where they presumably continue to leverage their expertise in translating business requirements into IT system functionalities.

Oleksandr Liapin began their education in 1998 at Kyiv National Economics University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Economic Cybernetics in 2003. In 2005, they attended a training course at Metro AG, specializing in Terradata SQL. In 2006, they furthered their education at Kvazar Micro Training Center, focusing on Oracle 9i administration DBA1 and DBA2. In 2009, they pursued project management PMI courses at InnoWare. In 2014, they completed a leadership training program at Kuehne-Nagel Training Center. In 2015, they attended Hub One to study Pick by Voice. In 2018, they enrolled in Infopulse for Microsoft Dynamics 365, and in 2019, they briefly studied Odoo CRM at The256.
