Tom Elkington

Tom Elkington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in creative and operational leadership within the events and entertainment sectors. As Co-Founder and COO of Creation Group since February 2014, Tom oversees all creative, technical, and operational aspects of the company. Additionally, Tom co-founded the Gottwood Festival in June 2010 and took charge of production, design, and operations, currently serving as a non-operational shareholder. Tom's entrepreneurial spirit is further exemplified by co-founding Houghton Festival and Gottwax Records. Prior to these ventures, Tom gained valuable experience as a Senior Surveyor and Data Centre Acquisitions Consultant at CBRE and as an agency surveyor at Hodgson Elkington LLP, focusing on a range of commercial asset disposals. An educational background from Oxford Brookes University complements Tom's professional expertise.
