Maysam Gasemi

Maysam Gasemi is a skilled cost planner and estimator with a comprehensive background in the construction industry. Since December 2021, Maysam has been employed at Creation Homes in the role of Cost Planner/Estimator. Prior experience includes positions as a CA/Estimator at Building Products Australia P/L from September 2019 to December 2021, and as a Contract Administrator at General Built from January 2019 to September 2019, where responsibilities included assessing technical drawings and providing material cost estimates. Maysam also served as a Contract Administrator at ROSS CONSTRUCTION LTD from June 2015 to November 2018, assisting in workforce coordination and management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Azad University and ongoing studies towards a Certificate IV in Building and Construction at TAFE NSW.
