David Phillips is an accomplished Process Engineer with extensive experience in the electronics and engineering sectors. Currently employed at Creation Technologies since October 2018, David plays a pivotal role in the R&D department, focusing on hearing aid and hearing instrument product development and manufacturing transfer processes. Prior experience includes a tenure at Research In Motion from September 2005 to November 2013, where David held several positions, including Technical Project Manager and SMT Process Engineering Specialist, leading research and implementation of advanced engineering technologies and process optimization. David also served as Senior SMT Process Engineer at Flextronics from January 1998 to April 2002, starting as a Senior Process Technician and overseeing continuous improvement activities. Educational qualifications include an HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Kilmarnock Technical College and further studies at Glasgow Caledonian University.
