Vicky L. is a seasoned Director of Global Compensation with extensive experience in compensation design and strategy across various multinational organizations. They led global projects at Marsh McLennan to harmonize benefits programs and have served as a Senior Compensation Consultant at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, where they developed compensation models for a large workforce. Vicky has also provided strategic guidance during M&A integrations, notably at BD and Korn Ferry, and continues to advance their education with an MBA from Long Island University and ongoing studies at Pace University.
