Jules Beesley

Jules Beesley is an experienced media professional with a strong background in video editing and education. Currently serving as the Associate Program Director of Spark Schools at Creative Action since September 2019, Jules has been self-employed as a freelance video editor since October 2010, contributing to notable projects for clients such as Johnson & Johnson, ESPN, and Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project. Prior experience includes roles as Education Director and Lead Facilitator at The LAMP, where Jules designed and implemented media literacy education programs in New York City. Additionally, Jules worked as an Additional Editor and 1st Assistant Editor on the animated series STAR WARS: THE CLONE WARS and as an Assistant Editor at Kaleidoscope Films Group. Jules holds a Bachelor of Science in Radio, Television, and Film from Northwestern University and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Hunter College.
