Nicole James

Nicole James is currently the Field Operations Director and National Field Director at Clemenger Group Limited – Retail Services. With over a decade of experience at Creative Activation as the National Field & Capability Manager and National Program Manager, Nicole specializes in successfully implementing marketing campaigns to raise brand/product awareness and boost retail sales for blue chip clients. Prior to this, Nicole served as the Merchandising Manager at Village Roadshow. With a Marketing Diploma from Sydney TAFE - St George College, Nicole excels in relationship management, program and financial management, and providing analysis and recommendations for driving action and continuous improvement in field operations.
