Pooja A. has a diverse background in talent acquisition and account management, currently serving as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Creative Capsule since August 2023. Prior to this role, Pooja held the position of Sr. Account Director at Dentsu Creative and progressed through various roles at BC Web Wise, including Account Director, Assistant Account Director, and Senior Account Manager. Earlier experiences encompass a managerial role at Mirum Agency, as well as account management at Mirchi and relationship management at HDFC Bank. Pooja's career began with internships in legal finance and digital marketing, complemented by a solid educational foundation with a PGDM in Marketing from FLAME University and a degree in B.M.M. from Jai Hind College. Throughout the career, Pooja has focused on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients across multiple sectors, including FMCG, banking, financial services, travel and tourism, and retail.
