Amir Naeem

Amir Naeem has a strong background in software quality assurance. Starting in 2015 with an internship at the Association for Computing Machinery, they then went on to work as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at ZCOM Systems Group Inc. from 2016 to 2017. During this time, they were responsible for generating validation plans and reports, monitoring software development processes, and executing test cases.

From 2017 to 2018, Amir worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Kualitatem Inc., where they focused on UI/UX and functional testing for apps developed by Emaar Hospitality Group. Amir also supervised and implemented test procedures to meet customer requirements.

Amir then joined NorthBay Solutions as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer from 2018 to 2019. Here, they specialized in testing big data solutions using Amazon Web Services. Amir worked on UI/UX, functional, and load testing for FOSSweb, a science program website. Amir also contributed to documentation processes.

In 2019, Amir moved to Meaningful intelligence - MI C3 as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. Amir worked on the Affectli platform, focusing on understanding business requirements, conducting testing, and preparing defect tracking reports.

Amir then joined Techtix as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer in 2020, where they worked on an iOS/Android app called Beauty Button. Their responsibilities included understanding business requirements, leading a team of junior QA engineers, and participating in agile meetings. Amir also created test cases and scripts and reported project release status to stakeholders.

Currently, Amir is working at Creative Chaos as a Senior Software Test Engineer II since 2021. Amir manages the QA team, performs bug finding and logging, and conducts regression testing for the Foxtons website and portal.

Amir Naeem completed their Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering from Forman Christian College (A Chartered University) from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their A Levels in Computer Science from National Grammar School from 2009 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, they participated in the FCCU Job Fair Committee at Forman Christian College in February 2016. Amir also participated in an Asp.net workshop organized by Microsoft in 2015. Additionally, they participated in the Model United Nations (MUN) event at Lahore Grammar School in December 2010.
