Jitser Berger RA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Jitser started their career at Samen Administratie & Advies as an Assistant from November 2007 to July 2010. Jitser then joined KPMG Nederland and worked their way up from Trainee/Senior Audit to Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and finally Manager. At KPMG, Jitser specialized in managing audit engagements and had direct experience with clients in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Information, Communication & Entertainment, and Retail sectors. In 2016, Jitser transitioned to Creative Clicks, where they initially served as the Director of Finance before becoming the Chief Information Officer in January 2022. Creative Clicks is a leading mobile marketing company known for its highly converting product portfolio and expertise in mobile performance-based advertisement. Jitser's experience includes project management, client management, billing, client reporting, and ensuring audit and accounting quality.

Jitser Berger RA holds a Post-Master degree in Accountancy (RA) from the University of Amsterdam, which they completed from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a MSc degree in Business Studies, specializing in Human Resource Management, from the same university from 2008 to 2010. Before continuing their education at the University of Amsterdam, Jitser completed a MSc degree in Accounting & Control from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2007 to 2008. Jitser also holds a BSc degree in Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, which they earned from 2004 to 2007.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jitser Berger obtained the certification of Registeraccountant (Dutch CPA) from the Nederlandse Beroepsorganisatie van Accountants (NBA) in March 2015.
