Sharon Parks

Sharon Parks has extensive experience in customer service and client management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Creative Co-Op, Inc. since November 2013, Sharon previously held the role of Client Services Manager at McAdams Tax Advisory Group, LLC from August 2004 to July 2013, where responsibilities included handling client inquiries regarding accounts and processing various changes. Earlier roles included serving as a Staff Assistant/Sales at Nationwide Insurance, assisting clients with insurance policy purchases and updates from May 2003 to August 2004, and as a Family Service Counselor at Family Funeral Care/Memphis Memory Gardens from September 1998 to January 2003, where support was provided to families during difficult times. Sharon Parks studied Executive Secretarial Course at Miller Hawkins Business College and attended Southwest Tennessee Community College.
