Sean Braun

Sean Braun is a Project Manager at Creative Contractors since June 2021, with a focus on healthcare construction project management. Responsibilities include job buyout, contract drafting and negotiation, planning, scheduling, estimating, budget and cost management, submittal review, RFI administration, and leading project meetings. The role also involves coordinating and directing the work of various construction trades, and maintaining communication with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to solve problems and ensure the delivery of high-quality facilities within budget and on time. Prior experience includes serving as a Field Engineer at Radiant Creative Homes in 2018 as well as completing an internship. Sean Braun holds a B.S. in Construction Management with a Minor in Business Administration from North Dakota State University, completed in May 2021.
