Dave Seweryn

Dave Seweryn is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in food service management. Since June 2008, Seweryn has served as the Regional Operations Director for Creative Dining Services, overseeing multiple accounts across Iowa, Illinois, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Southern Ohio. Simultaneously, Seweryn has held the position of Associate Vice President of Operations at Trinity International University, where responsibilities include supervising the Dining Services program in Deerfield, Illinois, and providing operational leadership to several colleges. Previously, Seweryn contributed to Willow Creek Community Church as the Associate Director of Food Service, managing food services for over 15,000 attendees weekly and accommodating 50,000 annual conference guests. Seweryn began a culinary career as the Executive Chef at Calihan Gotoff Catering, transforming a small catering company into a prominent off-premise caterer in the Chicago area.
