As the owner of Train Retail since January 2014 and Jewelry Store Training .com since January 2010, Jimmy develops innovative training resources for jewelers globally. In addition, Jimmy serves as Creative Director/Producer at Creative Edge Productions, specializing in visually appealing content creation since December 2009. With a strong commitment to the jewelry industry, Jimmy operates Jewelry Marketing Guy, helping jewelers achieve exceptional growth since January 2007. Prior experience includes a role as General Manager at Jim Kryshak Jewelers from January 1996 to December 2007. Jimmy holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Advertising from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and furthered education at Wizard Academy from 2002 to 2006.
