The Creative Education Foundation (CEF) was founded in 1954 by Alex Osborn, one of the original advertising "Mad Men"​, who believed everyone is creative and can learn to be more so. CEF is dedicated to providing programming and resources to empower people with the skill set, tool set, and mindset of deliberate creativity. To this end, CEF presents the longest running deliberate creativity conference in the world, the Creative Problem Solving Institute (www.cpsiconference.com).
