James Becker

James Becker has a diverse work experience in various companies. James currently holds the position of Lean Business Director at Creative Environments since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Honeywell Aerospace as a Project Manager from February 2013 to May 2020. At Honeywell Aerospace, they led Should Costing Efforts resulting in significant annual savings and developed the Early Supplier Engagement Should Cost process.

Before joining Honeywell Aerospace, James worked at Ford Motor Company for several years, where they held various roles including Lead Process Engineer, Machining Process Engineer, Assembly Process Engineer, Design and Release Engineer, Cost Reduction Engineer, and Manufacturing Feasibility Engineer.
