Rachel Gott

Rachel Gott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in creative recruitment and mentorship within the advertising and design industries. As the Founder and Creative Recruiter at Apple&Ink since April 2010, Rachel partners with various agencies and brands to source top conceptual talent for creative departments. In addition, Rachel serves as Programme Director for Who's Your Momma London, a mentoring initiative aimed at women in the industry, and holds the position of Programme Manager and Talent Lead for Creative Equals, overseeing strategic development for inclusive programs. Previously, Rachel contributed as a Board Trustee for Creative Mentor Network, promoting diversity through mentoring for school leavers, and served as Recruitment Director at Major Players, where leadership and recruitment processes were enhanced.
