About the platform
We launched in 2016 as a marketplace for fonts with a subscription service. In the last 8 years we have been through tremendous growth, and we're just getting started!
We have scaled to 40 million+ monthly page views, over 20 million listed products and 20000+ active designers.
Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.
We seek a highly-skilled Technical Product Owner to join our team. This role involves overseeing all our email communications, from transactional emails to sophisticated marketing automation. You have a strong technical background, a passion for email technology, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end email strategy, including transactional and marketing automation emails.
- Build an email design system
- Develop, implement, and optimize email workflows and campaigns to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, development, design) to ensure seamless email integration with other platforms.
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, generating reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and optimize email costs.
- Ensure compliance with email regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant laws.
- Manage and maintain email deliverability, including IP reputation and inbox placement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to email systems and campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance email strategy and execution continually.
Your Profile:
- Proficient in email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of email automation and CRM systems.
- Experience with HTML/CSS for email design and development.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and tools.
- Familiarity with email compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
