Leonoor de Winter is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various companies. Currently serving as a Lead Product Designer at Creative Fabrica since March 2025, Leonoor previously held a similar title at Motorway from April 2019 to March 2025, where significant contributions included redesigning a photo-taking tool that enhanced internal processes and improved customer engagement metrics. Earlier roles at WPNC involved leading the development of innovative fundraising products that substantially increased donation income for charities. Leonoor's design expertise spans multiple industries, having collaborated with notable clients while at Influence Digital and delivered impactful design solutions in earlier positions, including junior and intern roles in multimedia and graphic design. Leonoor holds a BA (Hons) in Graphic Communication from the University of Northampton and an MBO in International Multimedia Design from Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam.
