Koen Devits

Koen Devits is the current President & CEO at Creative Foam Corporation. Prior to this, they served as the President & CEO of Montaplast of North America from September 2018 to June 2021. Devits has also held the position of Chairman of the Board for KuibyshevAzot EP & DSM JV from July 2012 to January 2016. In this role, they were responsible for engineering plastics compounding and polymer JV Russia. From May 2003 to May 2005, Devits served as a Board Member for Elemica, a start up chemical connectivity hub. Koen was also the Chief Procurement Officer for DSM from January 2003 to June 2018, where they were responsible for the global group responsible for indirect sourcing, direct sourcing process and strategic sourcing plans, purchasing best practices, purchasing shared services and business intelligence. Prior to joining DSM, Devits served as the VP Transformation for Textron from August 2000 to January 2003. Koen also held the position of e-Business Director GEP EUROPE for GE from March 1998 to August 2000 and Global Sales Marketing Director for Valeo from January 1997 to December 1998.

Koen Devits attended The Wharton School for their senior executive program and executive program in business and managerial economics. Koen then went on to get their MBA from FIM in international business and marketing from the VLEKHO Business School Brussel. Lastly, they completed their TEW Master of Applied Economics at the University of Antwerp.
