Huong Nguyen

Huong Nguyen has worked in the recruitment industry since 2014. Huong began their career at SmartOSC as a Recruitment Executive, where they developed a set of pre-qualified candidates and a wider network of other candidates. In 2016, they moved to AnPSoft as a Recruitment Lead and HR Specialist. In 2018, they took on the role of Recruitment Lead and Employer Branding Manager at Five9 Vietnam Corporation. In 2019, they were a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at NashTech Limited and a Strategy Advisor and Head of Tech Community at Junction Vietnam. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Manager at Creative Force.

Huong Nguyen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the Banking Academy of Vietnam. Huong has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn and other institutions, including Employer Branding to Attract Talent, Learning Personal Branding, HR as a Business Partner, Personal Branding on Social Media, MBTI from TGM Corp, and IELTS Certification Band 7.0 from the British Council.
