Alexa Sturgeon

Alexa Sturgeon has extensive experience in program management within the hospitality and incentive industries. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Creative Group, Inc. since September 2019, Alexa contributes to the design of global programs and experiences aimed at inspiring individuals to reach their fullest potential. Prior to this role, Alexa spent nearly six years at Meridican Incentive Consultants, where responsibilities included program management and experience manufacturing through creative meetings and corporate branding initiatives. Alexa began their career as an Assistant Program Manager intern at Meridican Incentive Consultants and held various roles in hospitality, including positions at JW Marriott and Cineplex Entertainment. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson University, completed in 2013.
