Kristin Popchock (Plaxa)

Kristin Popchock (Plaxa) is a mental health professional with extensive experience in behavioral health care. Currently serving as a Mental Health Professional at Creative Health Services Inc since February 2023, Kristin clinically oversees programming for an adult residential facility utilizing the contextual rehabilitation model. Prior to this role, Kristin worked nearly ten years as the Lead Assessment and Referral Specialist at Haven Behavioral Healthcare, where crisis assessments were conducted in the emergency room setting. Earlier career roles include positions as a Behavioral Health Technician at Ephrata Community Hospital, a Psychiatric Liaison at Lancaster Regional Medical Center, and a Psychiatric Assistant at Philhaven Hospital.
