Marty Gergen

Marty Gergen is a retired residential construction professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Marty worked as the VP of Construction Operations for a retired residential construction company from 2019 until present. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Production at JMS Custom Homes from 2018 to present. From 2015 to present, Marty worked as the VP of Operations at Creative Homes, where they were responsible for overseeing multiple departments. Marty also held positions such as VP of Construction at K Hovnanian Homes from 2013 to 2015, Project Manager at Finished Basement Company from 2013 to 2013, and Director of Production at Inspiration Design Center from 2012 to 2013. Marty's earlier experience includes roles as Director of Construction Operations at PULTE GROUP from 2005 to 2012, Area Construction Manager at Pulte Homes of MN, LLC from 2003 to 2005, and Project Manager at Pulte Group from 1993 to 2003. Marty started their career as a Construction Superintendent at New Horizon Homes from 1984 to 1993.
