Andrea Garvey

Andrea Garvey currently serves as General Counsel and Director of Corporate Relations at Creative Information Technology, Inc. since April 2021, overseeing the legal organization for a health and human services technology corporation. Previous roles include Sr Director of Health and Human Services at HighPoint Digital and Director of Corporate Relations at Subsystem Technologies, where strategic engagement with government entities and health IT consulting services were key responsibilities. Garvey's extensive government experience includes serving as Project and Data Director for the State of Maryland, where initiatives like the MD THINK IT data repository were developed, and as Policy Advisor to Governor Hogan's Chief of Staff.
