David Fritz has a diverse and extensive work experience in the entertainment industry. David co-founded Creative Intell, an AI-powered dealmaking platform for the music industry. David is a partner at Boyarski Fritz LLP, a full-service entertainment, media, and brand-oriented law firm. Additionally, they served as a Special Professor of Law at Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

Earlier in their career, David Fritz was an investor in Myachi Entertainment, where they contributed to the company's growth through strategic marketing initiatives. David also served as the President of Triage Entertainment Inc., where they collaborated with Brian Koppelman and Keith Hutt to release a successful album titled "Mob Hits: Music From & A Tribute To The Great Mob Movies." David later formed Medalist Entertainment, a joint venture with Charles Koppelman, Roy Weisman, and Alliance Entertainment. In this role, they organized a major music promotion for McDonald's and successfully executed the campaign.

Prior to these ventures, David Fritz worked as a Senior Associate at Grubman Indursky Schindler PC, a prominent entertainment law firm. During their seven-year tenure there, they handled various music business transactions, including recording agreements, music publishing deals, catalog licenses, and merchandising deals, among others. Notably, they were involved in negotiating major deals for artists such as Marc Anthony and Alicia Keys.

David Fritz received their Juris Doctorate degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. David attended the law school from 1989 to 1992. Before pursuing their law degree, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Fine Arts from The George Washington University. David attended the university from 1985 to 1989. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they completed their high school education at Half Hollow Hills HS East from 1982 to 1985.
