Niloufer Akhter

Niloufer Akhter currently serves as a Liaison Officer at the International Labour Organization, focusing on student engagement and motivation for a specific project since February 2021. Concurrently, Niloufer has held multiple roles within the Creative IT Institute and Creative IT Limited since January 2015, including Quality Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Relationship Manager, where responsibilities involve student motivation and evaluation of classes and teachers. Niloufer earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Stamford University Bangladesh between 2013 and 2015.
