Erika Silva has a diverse professional background with experience in engineering and program management. Prior to these roles, Erika was a Project Engineer at CK Technologies for six months in 2021 and worked as a Quality Engineer at RBC Bearings from June 2016 to January 2021. Erika's career began as a Manufacturing Engineer at RBC Bearings, followed by a role as a Mathematics Teacher at VALLEY VIEW ISD from January 2012 to June 2016.
