Ruaa Alahmadi

Ruaa Alahmadi is a seasoned professional with a focus on talent management and mental health advocacy. Currently serving as the Talent Management Lead at Creative Media Authority since September 2023, Ruaa also founded the Hayat Platform in January 2021, which supports chronic illness survivors in adapting to their new normal. Prior to these roles, Ruaa accumulated extensive experience at twofour54 Abu Dhabi, where responsibilities included managing the internship program and overseeing a children's summer camp project. Ruaa started the professional journey as an Administrative Assistant in patient relations at Al Rahba Hospital, managed by Johns Hopkins Medical International, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Abu Dhabi University.
