Katy Hannon

Katy Hannon is a marketing professional with diverse experience in various roles within property management, marketing, and event planning. Currently serving as a Marketing Associate at Creative Office Resources since January 2023, Katy previously worked at The Litvak Team - Compass, holding positions such as Rental and Marketing Coordinator, Assistant Manager - Sales and Rentals, and Leasing Assistant from July 2018 to December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Property Manager at Edge 11211 Condominium, and roles as a Nanny/Personal Assistant and participant in the Disney College Program. Katy has also held leadership positions at The Fresh Air Fund and Marymount Manhattan College, alongside an internship focused on event planning and social media with Lar Lubovitch Dance Company. Katy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Marymount Manhattan College and an Associate's Degree in Musical Theatre from County College of Morris.
