Jeff Charlson

Jeff Charlson serves as the Virtual Chief Financial Officer and Construction Advisor at Creative Planning since August 2025. Prior to this role, Jeff was the Chief Financial Officer at Neumann Brothers, Inc. from January 2019 to May 2025, where the company maintained its commitment to core values while completing numerous significant projects across Iowa. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Housby Mack & Isuzu and Henning Companies, as well as holding the position of Senior Vice President, Finance at Henning Construction. Earlier in Jeff's career, expertise was further developed at McGladrey & Pullen in General Services Audit and Tax. Jeff Charlson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business, graduating in 1993.
