Joni Cobb

Joni Cobb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in practice development and entrepreneurial leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Practice Development at Creative Planning since July 2020, Joni contributes to a top-ranked independent wealth management firm known for its comprehensive financial services. Additionally, Joni holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at the Center for American Entrepreneurship, advocating for policies that support business growth. As the Founding CEO of the Pipeline Entrepreneurial Fellowship from 2006 to March 2020, Joni played a pivotal role in creating a network for high-performance entrepreneurs.
