Adam Jones

Adam Jones has a diverse work experience spanning different industries.

From 2010 onwards, they worked at Creative Planning Technology Solutions, where they held the positions of Partner/Director, Technology Solutions and Founder and CEO of Firefly MSP.

Prior to that, Adam worked at Triggerfish Corporation from 2008 to 2010 as a Small Business Specialist, providing account management and IT support to businesses with around 30 employees or less.

Before joining Triggerfish Corporation, Adam was the Owner of Premiere Computer Solutions from 2005 to 2008. This small IT firm serviced approximately 40 clients in the St. Joseph and Kansas City area.

In 2002, Adam worked as a Graphic Designer at Accent Printing, a full-service advertising and printing company.

And finally, their career started in 2000 at St. Joseph Youth Alliance as a Network Assistant.

Adam Jones obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Technology from Northwest Missouri State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2019. In March 2021, they also acquired certification as an Infragard Member from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
