Anne Langley Obe

Anne Langley OBE serves as the Executive Director of Operations at Creative Scotland since July 2022, overseeing operational leadership and the delivery of major projects. Previously, Anne led the Places for Growth team at the Cabinet Office, promoting the decentralization of senior civil service roles across the UK. With extensive experience at the Department for International Development, Anne held positions as Head of Group Operations and Head of Programme Sourcing, directing corporate crisis responses and complex procurement efforts. Additional roles include Global Commodity Manager at Dell, Procurement Manager at The National Trust, Sub Contract Manager at GE Aviation, and Buyer at Jaguar Land Rover. Anne holds a Master of Science in Development Economics and International Development from The Open University and completed the Future Leaders Scheme at Hult Ashridge Executive Education, among other qualifications.
