Kirstie Gillespie, MS BCBA, currently serves as a Senior Clinical Supervisor at Creative Solutions for Hope, where responsibilities include developing and implementing intervention plans. Previous roles at the same organization include Clinical Supervisor, Case Manager, and Senior Behavior Therapist. Prior to this, Kirstie worked at Hoag Hospital as a Dispatch Coordinator, translating business needs into actionable logistics.
