Carol Bell OBE

Carol Bell OBE is an independent creative and cultural sector consultant and currently serves as Associate Regional Director, North at Creative UK. With extensive experience in the cultural and creative sectors, they have held significant roles including Executive Director for the Great Exhibition of the North at NewcastleGateshead Initiative and Director of Major Events and Festivals. Carol has expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and major event delivery. They earned a BA (Hons) in Creative and Performing Arts from Northumbria University.
