Felipe Camargo

Felipe Camargo, MBA, currently serves as Associate Director/Manager of Regional Demand & Fulfillment Planning Latin America at Organon, where responsibilities include leading a team to ensure the timely supply of medicine across the region and managing complex supply chain networks. With extensive experience in demand fulfillment and planning across various multinational companies such as Natura, Dell Technologies, PPG Industries, Johnson Controls, Kerry, Bosch, and thyssenkrupp, Felipe has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities, particularly in managing cross-cultural teams and complex supply chain operations. Felipe holds an MBA in Business Management and International Operations from FIA Business School, along with postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in Supply Chain and Business Administration.
