Caroline Norbury, OBE has held several key roles in the creative industry throughout their career. Caroline currently serves as the Chairwoman of The Music Works in Gloucestershire, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Creative UK, where they played a pivotal role in consolidating regional organizations into one national entity. Caroline was also the Founder and CEO of Creative England, overseeing the investment and support of creative ideas, talent, and businesses.
