Brian Philipps

Brian Philipps has over 19 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Brian started their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as an Active Reservist in a Field Artillery Battery. In 2005, they joined UPS as an Industrial Engineer-Package Planning Supervisor, where they analyzed market conditions, developed volume forecasts, and implemented facility improvement projects. Brian later became an Operations Supervisor and an Industrial Engineering Supervisor at UPS, responsible for managing teams and improving processes. In 2012, Brian joined Golden State Foods as a Distribution Project Industrial Engineer, focusing on optimizing distribution processes. Currently, they are working at creative werks, llc as the Director of Engineering & Maintenance, overseeing the engineering department and maintenance operations. Brian's experience demonstrates their expertise in engineering, project management, and team leadership.

Brian Philipps attended Purdue University from 2000 to 2004 and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution. In 2013, they obtained a certification in Time Study, Methods & Continuous Improvement from the Industrial Time Study Institute.
