Kyle Lindsay is an accomplished Engineering Manager and Industrial Engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing and process improvement. Since March 2015, Kyle has worked at Creative Werks, LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing engineering operations. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Klein Tools, where contributions involved maintaining BOMs, determining labor standards, and managing continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Notable achievements include transforming production systems and serving as a Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager for cable cutter manufacturing. Kyle also gained foundational experience at Really Cool Foods and Wilton Industries, with responsibilities ranging from daily production scheduling to organizing company blueprints. Kyle holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
