Michael Glowa is an experienced professional in operational excellence and sanitation management within the manufacturing and pharmaceuticals industries. Currently serving as Sanitation Manager at Creative Werks, LLC since August 2022, Michael oversees sanitation programs across three facilities, focusing on continuous improvement through various methodologies including SMED events and Zone Control.
