Susan Brocaglia has a strong background in human resources, with experience in senior leadership roles. Susan started their career in 1989 at ILX Systems, where they served as SVP of Human Resources until 2002. Susan then joined Thomson Corporation as VP of Human Resources, a position they held until 2002. Brocaglia later worked at Publicis Groupe as VP HR for the Healthcare Communications division, overseeing HR for employees in the US, Europe, and Asia. In 2006, they moved to Medical Knowledge Group as SVP of Human Resources, helping establish the HR function and develop an HR strategy aligned with business goals. Brocaglia is currently President of Creative Workforce Solutions.
From 1977 to 1981, Susan Brocaglia attended Saint Francis University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.
