Creative Works serves over 500 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism and brain injury each year, offering a full complement of community and residential programs designed to empower lives of connection, empathy, and a sense of place, purpose, and belonging.

The Support Services team at Creative Works plays a vital role in ensuring that adults with disabilities receive the personalized care and resources they need to thrive. Comprised of caseworkers and direct support professionals, this team focuses on building meaningful relationships and fostering a sense of belonging for each individual, while also facilitating effective communication and coordination within the organization. They work collaboratively with clients and their families to create tailored support plans that empower individuals to pursue their potential and integrate into the community with confidence and dignity.
