Creative Works
Deborah Thomas is an experienced Direct Support Professional with a commitment to supporting individuals with diverse needs. With certifications including MHRT-1, First Aid/CPR, DSP, RCS, Mandt, and CRMA, Deborah has provided dedicated service at Creative Work Systems and Spurwink since 2014. Additionally, Deborah has experience as a Social Work Intern at Catholic Charities of Maine and worked in direct support roles at Project for Supported Living and The Opportunities Alliance. Deborah holds a degree from the University of Southern Maine, further enhancing a strong foundation in professional practice that began with an education at Yarmouth High School.

Creative Works serves over 500 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism and brain injury each year, offering a full complement of community and residential programs designed to empower lives of connection, empathy, and a sense of place, purpose, and belonging.
