Heidi Howard

Heidi Howard, MPA, CFRE, is the Executive Director at Creative Work Systems, where they oversee comprehensive care for nearly 400 individuals with developmental disabilities and related needs. Throughout their career, Heidi has held C-level leadership positions in various national nonprofit organizations, significantly contributing to their growth and innovation. They founded a nonprofit federation that raised nearly $1M for diabetes-related charities and have authored numerous peer-reviewed articles, including co-editing national best practice standards in behavioral healthcare. Under their guidance, organizations have achieved substantial media recognition and have won 35 awards for marketing and fundraising initiatives. Heidi continues to pursue higher education, currently engaging in studies at Marlboro College, Harvard University, and the University of Rhode Island.
