Kalyani Srivastava

Kalyani Srivastava is an experienced business executive with a diverse background in marketing and management. Currently serving as Chief Business Officer at Creativeland Asia since June 2025, Kalyani previously held the position of Associate President at Ogilvy from January 2024 to June 2025. Prior to that, Kalyani spent over a decade at the Rediffusion Group, occupying various leadership roles including Vice President, Joint President, and Executive Vice President & Head Rediffusion Mumbai. Kalyani also contributed to Rediffusion Y&R as Vice President and Assistant Vice President & Chief of Staff in the Chairman's office. Kalyani's career began at The Leela Palaces & Resorts as a Corporate Management Trainee, followed by positions at Marriott Global Sales Organization and Mafoi Management Consultants. Kalyani holds a Management Development Programme in Organizational Growth and Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and an MMM in Marketing from Christ University. Additionally, Kalyani has a BA in Hospitality Management from the Institute of Advanced Management.
